Refund Policy

Effective date: October 6, 2026.

What this covers

This policy covers purchases of Kearsarge Studios apps, subscriptions and digital publications, made from Kearsarge Studios LLC ("Kearsarge Studios", "we"), a New Hampshire limited liability company. It sits alongside each product's own terms and Paddle's buyer terms, described below.

Who sells to you

Our online orders are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. Paddle takes your payment, collects any sales tax or VAT, issues your receipt, and processes refunds and chargebacks. Card charges appear on your statement as PADDLE.NET* KEARSARGE; PayPal charges appear as PAYPAL *PADDLE.NET.

Every purchase is also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy .

Your refund rights

  • Each product's own terms set out its refund and cancellation details, listed below. Those terms apply to that product.
  • You keep every right you have under Paddle's Refund Policy and under the consumer law where you live. That includes, in many places, a right to cancel within a set period after you buy.
  • Where more than one of these applies, the one that gives you the broader right wins. Nothing on this page reduces a right you have elsewhere.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time, from the product or at paddle.net . Cancelling stops future renewals. Unless the product's terms say otherwise, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

How to request a refund

  • Use the support link in your Paddle receipt, or visit paddle.net and choose Request refund.
  • Or email us at hello@kearsargestudios.com with the email address you bought with. We cannot send money back ourselves, so we raise the request with Paddle for you.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

Product refund terms

Any other Kearsarge Studios product that takes payment publishes its refund terms in its own Terms of Service. Each one is linked from its page under Products.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. A change never applies to a purchase made before the change. Updates carry a revised date at the top of this page.
